No-Kneading SKILLET BREAD! (GF & Vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 c flour (I used GF)
  • 2 c water
  • l/2 packet of yeast
  • Tsp sea salt
  • Olive oil and rosemary

Pour yeast and salt into lukewarm water.

Add in flour 1 cup at a time, stir and let rise for 1 hour.

Oil skillet and pour dough into it.  Let it sit for 30 more mins.  Drizzle oil and sea salt and rosemary. Bake 400 for 45-55!
