5 Ingredient NO BAKE Yogurt Bars!
For the person who loves sweet but not TOO sweet. Tastes like cookie dough on bottom, and Pinkberry fro-yo on top!
- 1 c almond or oat flour
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1/2 nut/seed butter
- Dash vanilla and sea salt
- *Could also add protein powder
- Place in lined dish
Add top layer:
1.5 cups of DF yogurt (I used Culina Yogurt) mixed with TBSP of Maple Syrup and FREEZE! Can top it with some almond butter or cinnamon etc but I kept it classic.
