5 Ingredient NO BAKE Yogurt Bars!

For the person who loves sweet but not TOO sweet.  Tastes like cookie dough on bottom, and Pinkberry fro-yo on top!

Mix Base:

  • 1 c almond or oat flour
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1/2 nut/seed butter
  • Dash vanilla and sea salt
  • *Could also add protein powder
  • Place in lined dish

Add top layer:

1.5 cups of DF yogurt (I used Culina Yogurt) mixed with TBSP of Maple Syrup and FREEZE!  Can top it with some almond butter or cinnamon etc but I kept it classic.
