An Alkaline Dinner Plate
Proponents of the alkaline diet believe that if you eat a diet high in alkaline foods (high pH) and limit acidic foods, you can help reduce inflammation. Too much inflammation can cause many health issues long term!
What’s on my plate:
Sauteed Onion, Garlic, Kale, Chickpeas, Cabbage/Carrot Mix, and Asparagus—I put a dollop of Miyokos Creamery Garlic Herb Cheese to make it creamy!
Topped with Toasted Hazelnut, Sesame and Sunflower Seeds. Served with Roasted Sweet Potato and an Artichoke Heart
Happy Eating!
