Gluten and Dairy Free Pizza
After many trials and errors, I have found my perfect Gluten and Dairy Free Pizza recipe!
I typically make two: one with Red Sauce and one with Pesto because I can never decide!
The Staples:
- I LOVE Cappellos Naked Crust or Simple Mills Almond Flour Pizza Dough (both are GF)
- Rao’s Sauce: Roasted Garlic in particular
- Seggiano Vegan Fresh Basil Pesto: Found at Whole Foods.
- Miyokos Creamery Vegan Mozzarella: Melt and bubbles really well, so creamy and delicious
(Daiya cheese and other brands mess with my stomach SO MUCH, but that could just be me)
My Go To Toppings:
Mushrooms, Sautéed Bell Peppers, Onions, Arugula, Banana Peppers, Red Pepper Flakes, Fresh Basil, Pine Nuts, Roasted Garlic
