Vegan Snickers Bars
Base: Combine all in a processor and pulse until dough like consistency
- 6 Dates
- 1/2 c Cashews
- 1/2 c Coconut Syrup
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 c Coconut Butter
Caramel Layer: Combine all in saucepan and let until completely liquified
- 1/2 c Almond Butter
- 1/4 c Coconut Oil
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Sea Salt
Pour over base, add 3/4 C Peanuts on top and transfer to freezer to set overnight!
Chocolate Coating: Melt until liquid!
1.5 Hu Kitchen Chocolate Gems
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Dip your frozen and cut Snickers Bar into the chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt and peanuts and back into the fridge they go until PARTY TIME!! Check out my story for step by step instructions 🙂
