Homemade Granola

Homemade Granola

(Making Batch Gluten & Refined Sugar Free)

Mix these in a large bowl:

  • 1/3 C Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 C Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 1/2 C Chopped Pecans
  • 1 C Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Heat below ingredients in a pan:
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 C Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C Organic Maple Syrup

Pour over dry ingredients and stir well.  Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-25 minutes at 350!  Stir every 5 minutes to brown evenly.
