Homemade Granola
(Making Batch Gluten & Refined Sugar Free)
Mix these in a large bowl:
- 1/3 C Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 C Gluten Free Oats
- 1 1/2 C Chopped Pecans
- 1 C Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Heat below ingredients in a pan:
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 C Olive Oil
- 1/4 C Organic Maple Syrup
Pour over dry ingredients and stir well. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-25 minutes at 350! Stir every 5 minutes to brown evenly.
