Seed Crackers (GF/DF)


  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 c Flaxseed
  • 1/2 c Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 c Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 c Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 c Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder ( I added this on my own cause I was craving curry flavor)


  • Mix everything together and let sit for 30 mins to allow water to absorb!
  • Spread mixture on a tray with parchment paper, and score mixture with knife to create thin lines. Bake for 30 mins at 360 F. Flip crackers over and bake for another 20!

The perfect afternoon snack with Abrahams Hummus or Monty’s Cashew Cheese!
