On my Wednesday Poll, over 85% of you said your favorite Girl Scout cookies are Thin Mints, so here’s an easy to way get the same flavor profile without the additives/sugar,  but real ingredients your body will !!


  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 3/4-1 C  Califia Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (less for more ice cream consistency!)
  • Organic Peppermint Extract
  • Chlorophyll Drops
  • Vanilla Protein Powder (optional, but always great to add.  I love Vedge Nutrition)

Top with:

Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs and granola if you prefer the extra crunch!
