Banana Bread (Vegan/GF) No Refined Sugar
Ingredients:
- 2 cups GF flour—I love oat flour!
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp each—pumpkin spice, cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup mashed overripe banana (about 4 bananas)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup, honey (I used Lakanto Sugar Free Maple Syrup)
- 2 tbsp sweetener—(I used farmers market local honey)
- 1/3 oil OR Dairy Free milk—(I used coconut oil)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract—I forgot this step whoops
