Pumpkin Bagels (GF/Vegan/Grain Free)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup GF flour (or almond—I used oat!)
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1tbsp baking powder
- Salt
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1tsp cinnamon
- Then mix together
Add:
- 1 egg (or flax egg!)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
Bake at 15/20 mins at 350!
