Pumpkin Bagels (GF/Vegan/Grain Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GF flour (or almond—I used oat!)
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1tbsp baking powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • Then mix together

Add:

  • 1 egg (or flax egg!)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk

Bake at 15/20 mins at 350!
