Step aside Girl Scouts! I made 4 Ingredient SAMOAS!
Raw Vegan & Gluten/Processed/Refined Sugar Free
Base: Blend in food processor and press dough in lined pan
- 3/4 c walnuts
- 3/4 c pitted dates
Caramel Layer: Blend and spread over base layer in pan
- 1/2 c pitted, soak dates (soak for 20 minutes)
- 1/4 c almond butter
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Freeze until hardened, use cookie cuter and cut into circles, OR just make bars..it all tastes the same lol
Melt Hu Kitchen Chocolate Gems and Sprinkle Coconut Flakes, and voila! Keep them in freezer until serving!
