Sautée Leeks, Maitake Mushrooms and Garlic in Olive or Avo Oil
Once a bit browned, add in loads of kale and a can of organic chickpeas
Sauce: Mix in
South River Miso—Chickpea Miso (found at Whole Foods!)
Coco Aminos (vegan/gf soy sauce)
and a little sea salt, and pour all over your beautiful veggies!
