Churros with Caramel Dipping Sauce (GF/Vegan)
Churro:
- 1 1/2 c GF Flour
- 1 c Dairy Free Yogurt (I used Cocoyo!)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
Caramel Sauce: Blend
- 1/2 c Almond Butter
- 1 c Softened Dates
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- Splash of Almond Milk
Directions:
- Roll dough into long stripes and makes little grooves down the sides with your fork.
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
- Coat with coconut oil and dip in coconut sugar and cinnamon
