Churros with Caramel Dipping Sauce (GF/Vegan)

Churro:

  • 1 1/2 c GF Flour
  • 1 c Dairy Free Yogurt (I used Cocoyo!)
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Dash of Vanilla Extract

Caramel Sauce: Blend

  • 1/2 c Almond Butter
  • 1 c Softened Dates
  • Dash of Vanilla Extract
  • Splash of Almond Milk

Directions:

  • Roll dough into long stripes and makes little grooves down the sides with your fork.
  • Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
  • Coat with coconut oil and dip in coconut sugar and cinnamon
